My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, near shops and restaurants, but the overall cleanliness and breakfast experience left much to be desired. The staff, however, were friendly and accommodating, making the service stand out.

My suite, despite being in the basement, was unclean and had maintenance issues like a broken lockbox and window. The night staff was not welcoming, and basic amenities like shampoo and conditioner were lacking. The smell was unpleasant, and I had to rely on vending machines for change.

My stay at Hampton Inn served our needs very satisfactorily for the one night we required. The room had a bad smell of humid and mold, which was a downside.
